Michael Rosteck, Art K-12

Mike Rosteck earned his Bachelors in Art Education with a minor in Family and Consumer Science from Central Michigan University. Mike is currently pursuing his Masters in Art Education from the University of Florida. While out of the classroom, Mike enjoys composing music, creating art, reading, camping, and writing.

Mickey Owen, Music 5-12

Mickey Owen earned his Bachelors in Instrumental Music Education from Eastern Michigan University. Mickey is currently pursuing his Masters of Curriculum and Instruction with a specialty in Music from Grand Valley State University. While out of the classroom, Mickey enjoys college football, basketball, cycling, trying to beat Mr. K at Tennis and going for long walks on the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan.

Gwen Sarya, ORFF Music K-4

Gwen Sarya earned her Bachelors of Music Education from Augsburg College in Minneapolis, MN and her Masters in Music Education wth an ORFF Schulwerk concentration from St. Thomas University. Gwen has been teaching K-4 music at Concord Academy Boyne since 1999. Previously, she taught in the Richfield, MN district for four years. During her free time, Gwen enjoys performing with the Northern Michigan Flute Choir and the Jogleurs recorder group.
